The focus is on how to pronounce the letters correctly in line with the rules of Tartil and Tajweed. Sheikh Fahim goes through each letter from a practical perspective, explaining Makhraj, where the letters and its sounds originates from, explaining Sifat, the qualities of letters, going through each letter explaining and practicing various important qualities like, sound, air/breath, full mouth (Tafkhim), empty mouth (Tarqiq), unique qualities of individual letters. As well as, highlighting common mistakes made by people in their recitation of the Quran.

Fahimul Anam

Sheikh Fahim has graduated with a MA in Teaching & Learning and a Bachelors degree in Business Studies and Marketing from London. He also completed a Diploma in Arabic and a Bachelors degree in Usul-ad-Din and Usul-al-Fiqh in Arabic Medium from the European Institute of Islamic Sciences in France. While studying Shariah he also completed an intensive Tajweed course on Ibn al-Jazari, a classical Tajweed text, and studied Tajweed extensively under a number of Tajweed scholars. Especially the senior and esteemed students of Sheikh Ayman Suwayd.
